Everything else we make needs a live URL to point a scanner at. This does not. Answer eight questions about the move you are considering and you get a difficulty score, the risks that actually apply to your situation, and an ordered list of what to do first. Useful when the site is behind a login, when it does not exist yet, or when somebody needs an answer on Thursday.
What the score is, and what it is not
It is a rules-based model. Platform distance carries the most weight, because moving between architectures that store content differently is the thing that reliably costs months. After that it is page count, integrations, and whether you are redesigning at the same time as replatforming, which is the most expensive habit in this field.
It is not a prediction, and it is not a scan. It cannot see your redirect map, your template markup, or the plugin somebody installed in 2019 that everything now depends on. When there is a live site to look at, measuring beats asking — that is what the instant grade and the full report do.
The reason we publish the weights rather than hiding them is that a scoring tool with a secret model is just an opinion with a progress bar. Ours is an opinion too — but you can see exactly which answer moved the number, and disagree with it.
