Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Replatform Radar (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use replatformradar.com and our scanning service (the “Service”). It is operated by Replatform Radar LLC, located at 2501 Chatham Rd # 4858, Springfield, IL 62704, United States.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. When you request a scan or sign up, we collect your email address and the website URL you ask us to analyze, plus anything you include in a message to us.
- Scan data. To produce a report we crawl the publicly reachable pages of the URL you submit and store the resulting analysis (page inventory, findings, and the generated report). We only scan a site when you request it and you confirm you are authorized to do so (see our Terms of Service).
- Payment information. When you buy a report or a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details to charge you. We receive limited billing information — such as your email, the amount, and your card’s brand and last four digits — but we do not store full card numbers.
- Comments you post. If you comment on an article, we store what you write, the display name shown with it, and the account it was posted from. Your comment and display name are public; your email address is never shown and is visible only to us.
- Usage & analytics. We record privacy-friendly, aggregated page-view data (page, referrer, campaign tags) with no cookies and no stored IP address — visitors are counted using a rotating, non-reversible identifier that cannot be linked across days or used to build a profile. Separately, and only if you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
Content you post publicly
Comments on our articles are public. Anyone visiting the page — and search engines — can read your comment and the display name attached to it, so please don’t include anything private, confidential, or identifying about your employer or clients.
You can delete your own comment at any time. We may hide or remove comments that are spam, abusive, unlawful, or off-topic, and we may remove any comment at our discretion. Hidden comments stop appearing publicly but are retained in our records unless you ask us to erase them.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and deliver your report.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and Service.
- To send you the report and related communications you requested.
Analytics & consent
We collect analytics only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Service providers
We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under agreements that require them to protect it — our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics providers (Google Analytics and Vercel), our database provider (Neon), our scanning infrastructure provider (Render), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), and — only when you consent to analytics or advertising cookies — Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for measurement and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you consent to analytics or advertising cookies, we share limited data — such as analytics events and ad-click/conversion signals — with Google, which under some U.S. state privacy laws may be considered a “sale” or “share.” None of this happens unless you opt in, and you can withdraw consent or opt out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” or “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Communications
We send the transactional messages you need to use the Service — for example, your sign-in link, a notice that your report is ready, receipts, and account or security notices. With your consent where required, we may occasionally send product news; you can opt out of those at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We do not sell your information.
Data retention
How long we keep each kind of data:
- Account details and scan reports — for as long as your account is open, so your past reports stay available to you, and then deleted when you close it.
- Billing and transaction records — seven years, the standard period required by U.S. tax and accounting rules. We cannot delete these on request.
- Support tickets — three years from the date the ticket is closed, so we can refer back to earlier requests.
- Comments — published until you or we remove them.
- Page-view analytics — twenty-six months, after which only aggregated, non-identifying totals remain. Those totals contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.
Downloading your data and closing your account
You can do both yourself, at any time, from your account page — no need to email us and wait.
- Download my data gives you a single file containing everything we hold that is linked to your account, including the full findings behind every report you bought. Keep it as your own backup.
- Close my account permanently deletes your profile, scan reports, support history and newsletter subscription, and disconnects any comments you posted from you. It keeps only the billing records described above. We do not retain a backup copy of a closed account — once it is closed we cannot restore your data, which is why we ask you to download it first.
You can also make either request by email at support@replatformradar.com and we will confirm once it is done.
Your choices & rights
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request access to or deletion of it, and to correct it — and we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. To make a request, email us at info@replatformradar.com.
Where your data is processed & security
We are based in the United States and your data is processed here. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
