Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Replatform Radar (the “Service”), operated by Replatform Radar LLC (“we”, “us”), located at 2501 Chatham Rd # 4858, Springfield, IL 62704. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Replatform Radar crawls the publicly reachable pages of a website you submit and produces an automated pre-migration report — an inventory, scored findings across several dimensions, and suggested remediation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Authorization to scan

You may only submit a URL that you own or are otherwise authorized to have analyzed. By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authorization to do so, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from a scan you were not authorized to request. We may decline or stop any scan at our discretion, and we respect robots directives and reasonable rate limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• scan sites you are not authorized to scan;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
• infringe others’ rights or violate any law; or
• resell or redistribute the Service or reports without our permission.

Plans, fees, and payment

The Service is offered as one-time reports and as a recurring Pro subscription, plus optional scan packs. The plans available, their page and site limits, and their prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the fees shown at checkout plus any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes and for keeping your payment and contact details accurate.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and price changes

A Pro subscription begins when you subscribe and automatically renews for successive billing periods (e.g. each month) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We may change plan features or prices — we will give you notice, and any price change takes effect on your next renewal after that notice.

Refunds and cancellation

• One-time reports. A report is generated and delivered as soon as your scan completes, so one-time report fees are non-refundable once the scan has run. If a scan fails for a technical reason on our side it does not consume your purchase and you can re-run it; if you still can’t get a working report, contact us and we will make it right.
• Pro subscription. You may cancel anytime; we do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period, and you keep access until it ends.
• Scan packs and add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
• Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend or terminate access until the balance is resolved.

Reports guide decisions — verify before acting

Reports are produced by an automated crawl at a single point in time and may be incomplete. Findings — including any legal, compliance, security, accessibility, or SEO signals — are heuristic observations, not a determination of compliance with any law or standard, and not a substitute for review by a qualified legal, security, or accessibility professional. Validate all findings and any suggested fixes with the appropriate professional before acting on them.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if the Service was free, a nominal amount).

Intellectual property

The Service, the site, and the report format are our property. You retain rights to your own site content; we grant you a license to use the reports we deliver to you for your own purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
