The awkward questions
What happens if my site is bigger than the cap?
Nothing is silently truncated and then billed as complete. Above 8,000 pages a scan needs sizing rather than a checkout button, so email info@replatformradar.com with what you are moving and you will get a straight answer in writing.
Is the free grade a trial that expires?
No. It is a real scan of up to 100 pages with a real grade, and it does not ask for a card. It shows one finding in full so you can judge the quality of the work before paying for the rest.
How fast is the report?
Emailed automatically, usually within 5 minutes of the scan finishing.
What if the report is not useful?
Say so and it gets made right. That is easier for everyone than a refund policy written in legal language.
Do you crawl my site honestly?
Yes. The scanner identifies itself by default rather than impersonating a browser, and it respects the limits a site sets. The research explains what that costs us in coverage and why it is still the right call.
